Order Processing
All orders are processed with care and intention. In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces will have specific lead times noted in the product description.
Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary by location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping is subject to availability — items in stock ship immediately; others will be fulfilled as soon as they become available.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and custom craftsmanship, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke designs are non-refundable. A 100% deposit is required for production. Lead times will vary based on complexity and materials.
Repairs
We offer complimentary repairs for craftsmanship issues within 30 days of delivery. After that period, repairs may be available for a fee depending on the work required.

Jewelry Care
14k & 18k Gold: 14k & 18k Gold should be kept in a box or pouch between wearings to protect it. Wash by hand or with a soft brush/cloth. Use warm water and a mild dish soap, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Alexa Leigh/ Thatch: We recommend storing your pieces in a soft pouch and avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or water.
Sterling Silver: All of our sterling silver is rhodium plated which prevents tarnishing, and keeps your silver lustrous. Between wearings sterling silver jewelry should be kept in a box or pouch to prevent oxidation. The best way to clean sterling silver is with a polishing cloth. If the piece requires additional cleaning, we recommend mild dish soap and water.
Enamel: While Adina Reyter jewelry is meant to be lived in, our enamel pieces need a little extra care. To keep your AR Enamel looking its best we recommend taking your enamel pieces off in the water (specifically chlorinated pools or oceans), or while heavily working out (perspiration can discolor your enamel). Also, keep enamel away from lotions and harsh cleansers. To clean your enamel we recommend using a gentle cleanser and wiping clean with a damp gentle cloth.
Pearls: To care for your pearls, gently wipe them with a soft, microfiber cloth after each use. If needed, use warm soapy water (pure soap only) to remove makeup, ensuring they are completely dry. Avoid wearing pearls in water (salt or freshwater) as it can damage the silk thread. Regularly inspect the stringing of the pearls, and if the knots between each pearl appear stretched or frayed, it's a sign that restringing is necessary, typically every 24 months depending on wear frequency. Keep pearls away from perfume, makeup, tanning lotions, and other chemicals to prevent tarnishing. If exposed, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
For delicate or gemstone-set pieces, periodic professional cleaning is advised.
